Jody & Toby – A fun Statham Lodge Hotel Wedding!

When I first met Jody & Toby, I knew immediately we were the perfect fit! They were super relaxed and looking for a friendly photographer to capture their wedding which sounded incredible and they were having Krispy Kremes as favours! What more could you possibly want?

When I arrived on the morning of the wedding, I was greeted by all the ladies who were chilled and having pastries and cups of tea, getting excited for the day ahead! The sun was shining through the beautiful windows of Statham Lodge Hotel and it could not have been more perfect!

The day was full of laughter, tears, lace, hessian, Krispy Kremes, candles, fun and that dancefloor, Jody & Toby are such an awesome couple who are dearly loved by all and they and their families made me feel so, so welcome from the moment I arrived, I can’t thank them enough for such a fun and awesome day!

Also huge thanks to my second shooter Matthew Grainger for capturing the epic morning shots of the guys and helping me through the day, you’re a superstar!

How did you meet/How long have you been together:

We meet in a nightclub through mutual friends. Toby was trying to teach me his dance moves. We have been together for 5 years.

How did he pop the question:

In Santorini over a sunset meal at a lovely restaurant.

Planning tips:

Try not to stress over the small things, enjoy it.

Have fun attending the wedding fairs there is always free cake hehe.

Wedding theme:

Rustic with hessian, lace and pinks.
