Today’s blog is throwing back to an amazing and super cool wedding from last year!
I am super excited to share this one as it was a fun, emotional and just outright awesome from start to finish at the unique and gorgeous Bodnant Welsh Food in Conwy!
As I am mainly a Cheshire Wedding Photographer, it was my first time at this cracking venue and it certainly did not disappoint, with its views, quirky little corners for photos and just how amazing the staff were!
The gorgeous Cameron and Jill had actually tied the knot earlier in Canada, but wanted to share their vows and day back here in the UK and arranged for a small and beautiful get together with their nearest and dearest and had their cousin Jonny do the ceremony for them which I thought was super special and cool!
The day started off extremely chilled with Jill, her sister and best friend having their hair and makeup applied in a beautiful little cottage, Cameron was also getting ready with the ladies as this was the super-chilled wedding I love where they were seeing each other before their vows!
Jill was wearing her insane dress from Love Bridal with the lace top and her awesome lace TOM’s all finished off with her delicious veil and that flower crown! Just WOW!
The ceremony was so laid back and chilled with her cousin Jonny, speaking about how Jill and Cameron met on their travels and how they came to be, there were laughter and tears as the most amazing love story unfolded! Jill and Cameron were beaming from ear to ear the whole time!
Myself, Jill and Cameron went for a little expedition to the local joinery yard next door to capture some quirky, natural and cool log shots and the venue was just dripping with awesome little spots for those loved-up natural portraits, they were absolutely dreamy!
What followed was an afternoon/evening of amazing food, good drinking and laughter, I absolutely adored the vintage and English table decor and feel to the wedding and that cool cheesecake!
This has to be one of my most favourite weddings to date, and I have many that I absolutely love, I can’t thank Jill and Cameron enough for entrusting me with their incredible English wedding memories!
